A group card that marks a real career milestone
Years spent working together deserve a real moment of recognition before a retirement. The Happy Wall brings together messages from the whole team, even former colleagues who moved to another department or company since, and reveals them live on the day of the retirement send-off.
How it actually works
You create the wall by picking a background that fits a retirement, or uploading your own image: a team photo, a memory from years spent working together. Add a title and a short description, then music that sets the tone, to mark this new chapter starting with a bang.
Set the date and time it opens, usually the day of the official retirement party. At that moment, the wall animates with confetti or fireworks and every message plays out: congratulations, memories, the inside jokes only this team gets.
Sharing that can reach further back
Once you kick it off with your own first message, the wall can be shared by link, WhatsApp, email, or Facebook, or a QR code printed and stuck on a note by their desk. It is also a good chance to invite former colleagues, managers, or clients who mattered across a whole career and may not work at the company anymore. A live counter shows how many messages are already in. If someone needs a nudge for what to write, a few emoji prompts offer an idea.
A memory for the next chapter
