How it actually works
You start by picking a theme (coworker departure, manager leaving, retirement, end of internship...) or uploading your own image: a team photo, an inside joke, whatever means the most to the person leaving. Add a short title and description to set the tone, then pick music that matches the mood: upbeat for a retirement worth celebrating, calmer for someone just moving to a new role.
Next you set the date and time it opens, usually their last afternoon, so the team can be logged in at the same time or gathered around one screen in the break room. At that exact moment, the wall animates with confetti or fireworks and every message plays out for everyone at once: that reveal is what people remember.
